I know the opinion is split on this game and I get it! BUT! This was my very first Tales game and every time I play it, it feels like I'm seeing old friends again. It's also my first JRPG that I played all the way through.
The gameplay and story should have been done more IMO, I feel like we didn't see enough for a Shepard traveling the world, we go to two countries and a few towns. In Tales of Berseria it felt a lil more. . .full? I think compared to Berseria it lacks.

A 14 yr old boy gets sold to a demon by his scumbag parents and becomes that demon's grandson. A boy whose only focus in life was to survive, suddenly had to think about what HE wanted. It started as raising his rank because he didn't really know what else to do. but turned into wanting to do anything he possibly can to stay in the netherworld with the friends and family he loves.

I'm currently making a shrine dedicated to the series itself. With chapter numbers updated every week and a F.A.Q with questions I see asked on reddit and such. (ex- What's Opera's gender? They identify as a problem and a menance. )
